Where do you call home?
Band name is TramstonValley, and I’m a singer,guitarist and songwriter.
Also,we are based in Tokyo,Japan.
- How long have you been together as a band and how did you find each other?
We’ve been together for 5 years, We met at some jam sessions and open mic acoustic live.
- Do you have a special songwriting recipe you follow?
I try not to listen to music. Because I don’t want to be influenced by existing music for create originality.
- How would members of your family describe your music to someone that hasn’t heard it?
Alternative modern old skool hard rock.
- What do you have on your(Spotify) playlists you would be embarrassed for others to see?
I have nothing.
- Do you have any pre-show rituals?
Cigarettes for relaxing.
- Who have you met that has left you starstruck?
Andrew Mcguire, His shred guitar is perfect and great!!
- What do you consider your greatest achievement as far as a band?
Our EP ranked top 10 on the iTunes Poland album chart last year. I made other members happy as a songwriter.
- What key elements do you believe makes up a successful song?
Makes good melodies.
- When writing, how do you know when it is finally done?
When the lyrics are done, because I’m not good at writing lyrics.
- What song of yours are you most proud of?
Sons of Anarchy.
- Is it possible to be on the road and not eat junk food? How do you keep it leveled out?
I can’t do it, I love eat junk food!!
- Are you able to write while on the road or do you need a calm familiar space like home?
I like making melodies and all the musical arrangements in my head while driving.
- What’s the most embarrassing thing to happen on stage or on tour?
I forgot to use a slide bar last time, it was a big mistake.
